One of the best pieces of advice that I received when I was newly diagnosed was to keep a diary. If you are newly diagnosed it is one of the best things you can do if you want to go back and remember any particular time in your journey. Keep your documents and results because you never know when you might need them. I actually have a box full and that is only from my first diagnosis.
